How does the process work?
What will I get?
It is a two-phase process.
First, we will start with a strategy and planning session, then we will move on to the executional elements.
Phase One: Strategic Planning
- Review your current situation and clarify your goals and objectives. When we are finished with the first step, you will have a better understanding of your current situation and a sharper vision for the future. We will clarify what you can expect from your business and evaluate your current marketing.
- Reassess your market opportuinies. When we review your market, you will know exactly who your target is and what they want to hear. We will discuss your marketing options.
- Evaluate your capabilities. Self evaluation is a difficult concept for small business owners; one where an outside viewpoint is critical. Most often the perception your customers have of your business or product offering may be different from your perceptions.
- Determine your unique selling propositon or what is your competitve advantage. What makes your company or product offering different?
- Define your marketing communictions strategy. Your core marketing message will become the heart and soul of your communication.
- Lastly, we will develop a Directional Plan. When we are finished, you will know what to do, why to do it, and how to do it.
Phase Two: Putting your program to work.
- Now that the planning is over it is time to put your plan into action. Some of the programs will require action from you or your staff. Some of the programs may require outside professionals such as; an advertising agency, web designer, or video production house.
What does it cost?
The cost of the process will vary with the complexity of the business. Following a brief phone meeting with Robert to gather sufficient information regarding your situation, we would be happy to provide a specific proposal for your business.
